Tinie Tempah Didn’t Want the Party To Stop in Melbourne!

Thandi Phoenix was the perfect artist to open up for Tinie Tempah.

I loved her stage presence and her voice is amazing. I was really impressed with her sound. She reminded me of an Australian Katy B, Anne-Marie, or Ella Eyre; a powerful voice, inspiring lyrics and hard beats that just won’t quit, especially drum and bass inspired beats.

It’s no doubt that Phoenix has some new fans now, including me. Phoenix delivered an amazing set, playing ‘Unravelling’, ‘Tell Me Where the Lovers Have Gone’ and a new single. Her performance got the crowd engaged and dancing. Thandi Phoenix is clearly an artist to keep your eye on.

Tinie Tempah was having such a great time performing on stage for Melbourne. He ran through a lot of his old hits including ‘Frisky’, ‘Not Letting Go’ and ‘Written in the Stars’. He performed some new songs as well, such as his recent releases ‘Text From Your Ex’, ‘Mamacita’, and ‘Girls Like.’ Tempah also performed a brand new track for us called ‘Holy Moly,’ which really got the crowd going.

As the night came to a close Tempah didn’t want the party to stop. He played ‘Miami 2 Ibiza’ and everyone inside of Prince Bandroom went crazy. The night definitely ended on a high note. And I saw Tinie walking around the crowd right after his set for a couple minutes.

Tempah’s new album, “Youth”, is set to be released on 31 March 2017. He will continue the rest of his tour throughout Europe.
