As the name suggests, the ST GEORGE NEXTGEN Showcase is all about the next generation in fashion, and if this year is anything to go by, the future of fashion is in very safe hands.

Project NextGen is an initiative that is intended to provide a platform to discover and support emerging Australian fashion designers. This year, the lucky designers featured were Stanzee, Stephanie Henly, Sarah Hope Schofield, Meredith Bullen, Victoria Bliss and Isabelle Quinn.

The Fashion Design Studio (FDS) is recognised as a leading fashion design education Institute in Australia.
Under invitation by Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, FDS has continuously presented the new guard of creative fashion designers since 1999 on the official schedule, and this year the invitation continued with seven of their best graduates showcasing their collections on the runway.
