Splendour in the Grass May Have Sold Out but the Sideshows Have Officially Been Announced

Splendour In The Grass has (unsurprisingly) sold out for another year, but there’s thankfully still plenty of sideshow action going down about the place for all of you snoozers who missed out on tix.

So far, we’ve got extra-curricular touring action announced from the likes of Foals, Catfish & The Bottlemen, James Blake, The Streets, Fidlar and more.

James Blake’s Splendour Sideshow Was Intimate and Inviting

This year’s line-up for Splendour in the Grass was major with headliners The Strokes, The Cure, The Avalanches and James Blake performing at the three-day festival in Byron Bay. We didn’t manage to grab any tickets to said festival, but we were lucky enough to be invited to a couple of sideshows.

One of the biggest names we could have hoped for was James Blake.

The Splendour in the Grass Line-Up For 2016 Is Here!

This year’s Splendour In The Grass line-up has been announced and it’s a year that shows a handful of significant comebacks.

Long-missed Australian outfit The Avalanches, responsible for “Since I Left You” will play together live for the first time in years. International headliners include The Strokes, The Cure, James Blake, Sigur Ros, The Kills and At the Drive-In. Click the pic for the entire line-up and get ready to be excited!

The dates this year are July 22–24, and it will again be held at the North Byron Parklands.
